Access Physical Therapy and Wellness, a provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy, has an office location within the Elant at Goshen Adult Home. This allows residents the convenience of being treated for outpatient therapy, should the need it, in the comfort of their home – eliminating the need to arrange for outside appointments and transportation.

The Hudson Valley Heart Center
Through the partnership with The Hudson Valley Heart Center, Elant at Fishkill is able to offer on-site cardiac care services to residents, eliminating the need for residents to travel to scheduled appointments elsewhere. Cardiovascular specialists, including physicians and nurse practitioners, work directly with the staff of Elant at Fishkill to provide cardiac care, develop treatment plans, increase cardiac monitoring and provide staff education.
The Hudson Valley Heart Center has been working in the region since 1977, and has grown into a center of excellence for cardiac care in the Hudson Valley. Today, The Heart Center is respected for its ability to provide cardiovascular services that equal or surpass those found in any area.
