In-Patient Rehabilitation Care Centers Occupational, physical and speech therapy programs are provided at each of Elant’s five in-patient rehabilitation centers, each offering a temporary home-like setting.
Elant’s short term and long term rehabilitation home care programs provide services within the convenience of the patient’s own home to foster a sense of freedom, individuality and personal dignity.
To help patients progress toward recovery, short term in-home rehabilitation is available for those patients in need of physical, occupational and speech therapy after discharge from the hospital or an inpatient rehabilitation center. Comprehensive home nursing care is also available. Admission to the home health programs is based on a detailed assessment and comprehensive care plan developed by the primary nurse and therapists.
Out-Patient Program Elant’s Outpatient Therapy Clinic provides comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. This state-of-the-art therapy clinic provides patients with the convenience of being close to home and the benefits of individualized attention and care from experienced therapists.
