Social Day Program Elant's Daybreak Program provides an entertaining, stimulating, and supervised group environment for those who can live independently but may benefit from additional activities and companionship during the day. Daybreak offers activity and socialization with other program attendees and staff, as well as nutritious meals and snacks during the day.

Adult Day Health Care – Medical Model Elant's Adult Day Health Care is an innovative program designed to meet the daytime health care needs of the disabled, the chronically ill, and seniors who require assistance but prefer to live at home.
Our community-based program has been carefully developed to offer a safe and nurturing environment for those with cognitive impairments and physical limitations so that they may function in a more enabling environment. Equally as vital, we provide companionship and stimulation for our clients, while also providing caregivers with a necessary reprieve.
Services include:
Professional nursing care
Rehabilitation services by highly trained occupational, physical, and speech therapists
Nutritious meals and snacks, and personalized nutritional counseling
Entertaining and stimulating activities in a supervised environment
Transportation to & from community activities (available in Goshen only)
