Description |
The primary purpose of this job is to provide your assigned patients wtih routine care in accorance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisors. You will comply will all care plans regarding individual patients, provide care for patients withing their homes, among many other duties. |

Qualifications |
Successful completion of a NY State approved training program or equivalency test required. |
|
|
Preferred Skills |
One year working as a Personal Care Worker in a nursing home or home care program preferred. |
