Our Mission
The Elant Foundation, a not for profit corporation, was created in 2001 as the fund raising arm of Elant, Inc. The Foundation’s mission is to garner financial resources from a variety of sources to fund initiatives that enable our staff to enhance the quality of life for all those we serve. Thanks to the generosity of those who donate to the Elant Foundation, we are able to fund the development of new programs, upgrades and renovations to our facilities, the purchase of new equipment, and the continued professional development of our dedicated and caring workforces.

Why we need your help
Elant is committed to providing high quality health care and exceptional housing options for older adults, those recovering from an injury or illness and those facing the challenge of chronic diseases. Through astute management of our expenses and the dedication of skilled and compassionate health professionals and caregivers, we are able to provide the best care possible.

However, we need your help to do more. Your donation to the Elant Foundation will help to fund the development of new programs, upgrades and renovations to our facilities, the purchase of new equipment and the continued professional development of our dedicated and caring workforce.

Donations made to the Elant Foundation by individuals, corporations and other philanthropic foundations support our commitment to serve the needs of the community today and tomorrow.
