Donations made to the Elant Foundation can be designated to the Elant Fund or Elant campus of your choice.
Elant Funds
Elant Foundation (Unrestricted Funds)
Gifts made to this Unrestricted Fund are used for capital improvement projects, equipment purchases, development of new programs and other projects which enrich the lives of those we serve.
Elant Endowment Fund
Gifts made to the Elant Foundation are invested in perpetuity.
Elant Scholarship Funds
Gifts made to the Scholarship Funds are used to support employees across the Elant system who are pursuing certifications and degrees to become Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and college-level degrees in health care administration and other disciplines related to long-term care.
- George W. Kohl Scholarship Fund – supports Elant employees across the network who are pursuing certificates and degrees to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
- The Alice H. & John Callaghan Scholarship Fund – supports Elant staff employed at one of our five nursing homes who are pursuing certificates or degrees to become a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
- The Harriet G. Hershon Scholarship Fund – supports Elant staff across the network who are pursuing college-level degrees in health care administration and other disciplines related to long-term care.
Elant Campuses of Care Funds
Gifts made to a specified Elant campus are used to fund projects for that designated location.
