The Elant Medical Practice is a dynamic team of physicians and nurse practitioners dedicated to providing health care services to patients throughout the Elant network of care centers. These health care providers are Elant employees whose sole focus is administering care exclusively to Elant patients. Our patients find comfort in being treated by our devoted medical care team.
The first of its kind in the Hudson Valley region, the Elant Medical Practice provides patients and residents the medical care and attention they need from our own physicians and experienced nurse practitioners. No longer will residents or their family members need to coordinate appointments, wait for a physician to be available, or deal with the burden of billing and insurance. The Elant Medical Practice will make medical appointments easy and convenient.
