What is a Continuing Care Retirement Community? Fitness Programs Glen Arden is proud to be the first and only continuing care retirement community in the U.S. to offer a Curves® fitness center. Our certified Curves instructor provides training and support to guide you through the 30 minute cardio and strength-training workout. The circuit includes resistance machines to work every major muscle group, two muscles at a time.
